Common jobs

Short recipes for the questions people bring most often. Each one lists the calls in order and links to the page that has the detail. Prices are on each endpoint page.

Watch a brand#

  1. Run universal search or the brand mentions report once to see what exists, with dry_run=true first if you want the price.
  2. Turn it into a monitor with an alert rule so you get a signed webhook when new mentions appear.

Read what people say under a post#

  1. Get the post with URL lookup or its platform endpoint.
  2. Get the comments: tiktok.comments, instagram.comments, youtube.comments or reddit.post_comments. Page with the cursor.
  3. For replies to one comment use the matching replies endpoint, for example tiktok.comment_replies.

Profile, posts and comments for one creator#

  1. The profile endpoint (or its profile_full variant) for the account.
  2. The posts endpoint for the recent posts.
  3. The comments endpoint for each post you care about. Send them together with batch.

One creator on every platform#

Use the creator card: one handle, several platforms, one request, with a per-platform status so a platform with no match does not fail the rest.

Track a creator daily#

Create a monitor on the profile endpoint with an interval of 24 hours and a rule on the follower count. Each run costs the endpoint's price; an unchanged cached result costs nothing.

Find creators in a niche#

Search users on the platform: tiktok.search_users, instagram.search_users, x.search_users, threads.search_users. Then enrich the handles you keep with the creator card.

Vet a creator#

The creator vet report gathers the profile, recent posts and engagement in one request and states which numbers are platform fields and which are computed. The computed block gives engagement_rate and estimated_reach on many endpoints for free.

Search a topic across platforms#

Multi-platform search when you choose the platforms, universal search when you want it planned.

Find demand signals#

The demand signals report looks for people asking for, comparing or complaining about a topic.

Transcribe a video#

youtube.transcript, tiktok.post_transcript, reddit.post_transcript or x.tweet_transcript.

See a competitor's ads#

facebook.ad_library, tiktok.adlibrary_search, google.company_ads or linkedin.ads_search.

What buyers say about a product#

amazon.reviews, trustpilot.reviews, yelp.reviews, or search several with universal search.

Get a hundred records in one request#

Batch: up to 100 calls, per-item results, only successes billed, optional streaming.
