Credits
- Onekey is billed in credits. Each API call costs a number of credits shown in the docs and in the response.
- New accounts get 1,000 free credits.
- Credits never expire while your account is open and in good standing.
- Credits are non-transferable between accounts and have no cash value. They cannot be redeemed for money except as this policy says.
Automatic credit refunds
If a call fails on our side, or returns an empty result where the endpoint documents that empty results are not charged, credits are refunded to your balance automatically. You do not need to ask. Calls that succeed but return data you did not want are not refunded.
Refunds of payments
Payments are processed by our payment provider. Refunds of money go back through that provider to the original payment method, and their timing and rules apply.
- Unused credits: you can request a refund of a paid credit pack within [7] days of purchase, if it is unused or mostly unused. Email hello@onekey.dev with your order ID.
- Used credits: not refundable, except for automatic refunds above or where required by law.
- Free credits: have no cash value and cannot be refunded.
- Taxes and payment fees are refunded only as the provider or the law requires.
- Where consumer law gives you a right that this policy does not, that law prevails.
Chargebacks and disputes
Please contact us first: most issues can be solved fast. If you file a chargeback or dispute with your bank, we may suspend the account and freeze credits until it is resolved. If the dispute is decided in our favour or was filed in bad faith, we may terminate the account. We will give the payment provider the records they ask for.
Negative balances and suspension
If your balance goes below zero (for example after a refund or chargeback of credits already spent), we may suspend API access until the balance is back to zero or above. We may recover the amount owed.
Account closure and service ending
If you close your account, remaining paid credits can be refunded on request within [30] days, less fees the provider does not return. If we end the service, we will refund unused paid credits.
