Effective date: 29 September 2026
Our commitment
Onekey runs on a best-effort basis. There is no service level agreement, uptime guarantee, or service credit on the free tier or on standard credit packs.
Because Onekey fetches from third-party platforms that can change, rate-limit or block access without notice, availability of any single source can drop even when Onekey itself is up. Beta endpoints carry no reliability target at all.
What we do publish
- The live status page shows whether the API is up right now.
- We aim to publish public reliability stats (uptime and success rate by endpoint and source) so you can judge for yourself. Until they are live, treat any figure we show as informational.
- We post notices about known incidents and planned maintenance on the status page.
What you get when something fails
- Calls that fail on our side are refunded in credits automatically (see the Refund & Credits Policy).
- Responses show which sources succeeded, so you can retry only what failed.
Support
Email hello@onekey.dev. We reply on a best-effort basis, usually within [2] business days. Security and takedown reports get priority: use the abuse form.
Custom agreements
If you need a written uptime commitment, support hours or service credits, contact us about an enterprise agreement. Any such terms apply only if signed by Onekey.
